Souvenir Eats is curated. We do not publish user ratings, paid placements, or giant directories.

A pick should be distinctive to the destination, worth a limited meal slot, and useful to a traveler who may only have a weekend in the city.

We favor restaurants with a clear reason to go: a signature dish, a local story, an exceptional room, a beloved ritual, or an experience that would be hard to recreate somewhere else.

Guides are living pages. Restaurant details, hours, and quality can change, so every city guide includes verification dates and should be revisited regularly.
